When your card is charged

What you pay today depends on how close your arrival is, and the amount is shown to you on the payment screen before you confirm.

If check-in is within three days, nothing is charged at the moment you book. The conditions in Last minute check-ins below apply to that reservation.

If check-in is between four and twenty-eight days away, the stay is charged in full when you confirm, and there is nothing further to pay before arrival.

If check-in is more than twenty-eight days away, a deposit of twenty percent is charged when you confirm and the balance falls due twenty-eight days before arrival. You may choose to pay the whole stay up front instead, in which case a discount is applied and shown before you confirm.

Last minute check-ins

This section applies only to reservations made within three days of the check-in date.

Please note, for reservations made 3 days before the check-in date, we require payment to be submitted through money order, cashiers check or cash in person at our office. Zelle is also accepted. You will not be charged at this time for your reservation.

Here are the steps to continue with this reservation.

1. Sign the guest agreement (sent in a separate email through info@mastervacationhomes.com)
2. A money order for the complete amount due (the amount on the credit card will be refunded). Due to the increased number of false credit cards and chargebacks, we are requiring all reservations to be paid via Cashier's Check/ or Money Order.
   
   You are welcome to mail it to our office or bring it in person. Our office address is: 2801 N Poinciana Blvd, Kissimmee, FL 34746. The reservation will remain pending until this payment is received.
3. Provide a selfie with your photo ID. Please make sure your full name and the expiration date are visible.
4. Provide a photo of your credit card used to make the reservation, which will be charged in case of damages. Please feel free to hide the 12 first digits as we only need to see the last 4-digits, the name on the card, and the expiration date.

Prices and taxes

Prices shown while you browse are the rental amount for the dates you chose. Taxes and fees are added on the payment screen, where the total you will be charged is stated in full before you confirm anything.

The price is re-checked against the live rate at the moment you confirm. If it has moved, you are told before any charge is made rather than after.

Your reservation and the home

A reservation covers the home, the dates and the number of guests you entered. The guest count is not a formality: homes are prepared and priced against it, and arriving with more people than the reservation names may mean the home cannot accommodate the party.

Each home has its own house rules — arrival and departure times, smoking, pets, parties and resort-specific rules. They are shown on the home's own page and you accept them separately when you book.

Cancelling

• Free cancellation up to 30 days before check-in.
• 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in.
• No refund within 7 days of check-in.

Still to be confirmed

Master is finalising the following, and this page will state them once it has. Until then, the terms for your specific stay are the ones the Master team sends with your confirmation, and those are the ones that apply:

• the deposit or damage-cover arrangement, if any
• what happens if a home becomes unavailable after a reservation is confirmed
• the terms attached to promotional rates and partner discounts
