How information submitted through this website is handled, and what happens to the details you type into the enquiry and sign-up forms.

Contact forms

When you use Contact us, the site sends your name, email address, optional phone number and message to Master Vacation Homes by email. The team uses these details to respond to your enquiry. The Contact us form does not add you to a mailing list.

WhatsApp is a separate contact option. The enquiry forms in our articles open a WhatsApp message with your details already filled in. Those details travel in the link and reach WhatsApp when the chat opens, before you press send. They may also appear in your browser history.

Master receives messages you send through WhatsApp under WhatsApp's own terms. You can use the email form on Contact us if you prefer.

Property management enquiries

When you enquire on the owner page, the site sends your first name, email, optional phone number, whether you own a home or plan to buy one, optional community or city, and page language to Master Vacation Homes' contact system (Metron, powered by GoHighLevel). It also records the page address, submission time and the exact email consent wording you agreed to, in that language.

The team uses these details to follow up about property management and to email you about owner services, offers and news. Providing a phone number does not opt you into SMS marketing. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in those emails, or by asking the team through the contact details below.

What the site does collect

  • Theme preference.Whether you chose light or dark is kept in your browser's local storage so the site does not flash the wrong theme on your next visit. It never leaves your device.
  • Contact delivery status.A status and timestamp in your browser's session storage keep a sent or unconfirmed-delivery notice visible for 30 minutes, including after a page reload. They contain no message or contact details and stay on your device.
  • Session flag for the intro animation. A single value in session storage records that you have already seen the opening animation, so it does not replay as you move around the site. It is cleared when you close the tab.

These values stay in your browser. This site sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Third parties this site loads

  • OpenFreeMap serves the map tiles on listing and search pages, and receives tile requests for the areas you view.
  • WhatsApp is opened only when you choose to contact us, and their terms govern the conversation from that point.
