There is a $110 condominium fee, which includes 4 access cards for the amenities and a 1-vehicle sticker with a barcode that allows entry to the community without waiting in line. If the guest needs to switch to a different vehicle during their stay, a new vehicle sticker can be issued for an additional $25.

The resort requires valid photo IDs to create the access cards.

• PARKING - Free on-site parking, available on a first-come, first-served basis. - No commercial vehicles allowed.

• THE HOME IS SELF-CATERING We do provide a small welcome kit to get you started. You can stop by the nearest supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay. Fresh linens await you! We kindly ask you to bring washcloths.

• HOUSEKEEPING There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee.

• TRASH DISPOSAL Please use the trash chute or first-floor trash room at the end of the hall on the left to dispose of your garbage and help keep the building clean. - All trash must be bagged. - No trash at building entrances.

• ONLINE SHOPPING & PACKAGE DELIVERY Please note that USPS does not recognize vacation homes as standard residential addresses for mail delivery; packages will be returned to the sender. To ensure successful delivery, please use alternative carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL.

Depending on the resort's policies: Clubhouse Delivery: Packages may be routed to the resort clubhouse (additional fees may apply). Delivery Restrictions: Some resorts may not accept packages on behalf of guests.
