RESORT REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED AFTER BOOKING CONFIRMATION.
• WINDSOR CAY PARKING - Free on-site parking. - Driveway parking limited to 2 vehicles. - No parking on grass or blocking the sidewalks. - No parking on the street. (Since it is a new community, they will not enforce this rule until the signs are placed.) - The parking pass must be printed out and displayed on the dashboard. - Do not park in front of other homes. - Commercial vehicles, RVs, trailers, buses, golf carts, or boats are not allowed. - Registered guests cannot share their parking passes with unregistered visitors. - Vehicles in violation will be towed at the guest's expense.
POOL HEAT - OPTIONAL 1. Cost: $35 per day. 2. Notice: Must be requested 48 hours in advance. 3. Minimum Duration: 2 consecutive days. 4. Maximum Temperature: 95°F. 5. Cold Weather Limitations: The pool heater operates via heat exchange and will not work effectively in cold weather. If you choose to heat the pool during cold conditions and it fails to reach the desired temperature, refunds will not be issued. 6. Pool & Spa: The attached spa is part of the main pool system and cannot be heated independently. Both share the same water temperature.
Pool heater pumps have a built-in safety mechanism to prevent the system from overheating when working overtime in freezing conditions. They will shut off temporarily to recover their efficiency. Please keep in mind that this service is optional and subject to availability.
• BBQ RENTAL - OPTIONAL - Cost: $75 for the entire stay
• TRASH DISPOSAL Please place trash in the plastic bin daily to keep the home clean.
• HOUSEKEEPING There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee.
• ONLINE SHOPPING & PACKAGE DELIVERY Please note that USPS does not recognize vacation homes as standard residential addresses for mail delivery; packages will be returned to the sender. To ensure successful delivery, please use alternative carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL.
Depending on the resort's policies: Clubhouse Delivery: Packages may be routed to the resort clubhouse (additional fees may apply). Delivery Restrictions: Some resorts may not accept packages on behalf of guests.
Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for any unexpected issues with your online purchases.

My son and I came to celebrate his graduation and birthday. I was having a hard time finding a 2 bedroom and found this on AirBNB. It was a great choice! It is a very spacious a beautiful condo that is very well kept and very clean. Check in was easy and we have not had any issues. I highly recommend and would say here again.
We had a great stay in unit 205 at 4700 Windermere Ave (Storey Lake). The unit was very clean and decorated nicely. It was perfect for our family’s long weekend. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and the location was very convenient to all things Disney. Our host, Rodrigo very attentive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

We were welcomed with a thoughtful basket of goodies, which was such a lovely touch and really set the tone for the trip. Every detail was clearly considered, making our stay easy, fun, and comfortable. We felt genuinely taken care of the entire time. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again—highly recommend!
We’ve had a great stay so far. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was quick and helpful the entire time. The location is convenient and the community feels nice and safe. Rodrigo has been very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed for a good experience. Would definitely stay here again!
