The resort has a maximum stay policy of 30 days.
• WINDSOR ISLAND PARKING - Free on-site parking located directly in front of the townhomes. Limit of 3 vehicles per unit. - No parking on the street, grass, or blocking the sidewalks. - One side street parking: vehicles are allowed to park on designated sides of the street, as indicated by street signs. - Commercial vehicles, RVs, trailers, buses, golf carts, or boats are not allowed. - Vehicle in violation of parking policy will be towed at the guest's expense.
• POOL HEAT - OPTIONAL 1. Cost: $35 per day. 2. Notice: Must be requested 48 hours in advance. 3. Minimum Duration: 2 consecutive days. 4. Maximum Temperature: 95°F. 5. Cold Weather Limitations: The pool heater operates via heat exchange and will not work effectively in cold weather. If you choose to heat the pool during cold conditions and it fails to reach the desired temperature, refunds will not be issued.
The pool heater pump has a built-in safety mechanism to prevent overheating when working overtime in freezing conditions. It will temporarily shut off to recover efficiency. Please note that refunds will not be issued if weather conditions affect the pool temperature. This service is optional and subject to availability.
• BBQ RENTAL - OPTIONAL - Cost: $75 All Stay
• TRASH DISPOSAL Valet trash service is provided 7 days a week. Trash must be bagged and tied in a 14-gallon trash bag, and then placed inside the designated trash bin for the home by 9am. Place any excess garbage in a tied 14-gallon trash bag next to the container. Loose trash will not be picked up. Trash bins must stay at the unit or home and are not to be moved to the curb.
• HOUSEKEEPING Daily housekeeping is not included in the rental rate. Before check-in, a professional cleaning company will thoroughly clean and inspect the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services are available for an additional fee.
• ONLINE SHOPPING & PACKAGE DELIVERY USPS does not recognize vacation homes as standard residential addresses for mail delivery; packages will be returned to the sender. To ensure successful delivery, please use alternative carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL.
Depending on the resort's policies: Clubhouse Delivery: Packages may be routed to the resort clubhouse (additional fees may apply). Delivery Restrictions: Some resorts may not accept packages on behalf of guests. Please note that we are not responsible for any unexpected issues with your online purchases.
• CHECKING IN AND OUT - Check-in after 4:00 PM - Check-out before 10:00 AM

My son and I came to celebrate his graduation and birthday. I was having a hard time finding a 2 bedroom and found this on AirBNB. It was a great choice! It is a very spacious a beautiful condo that is very well kept and very clean. Check in was easy and we have not had any issues. I highly recommend and would say here again.
We had a great stay in unit 205 at 4700 Windermere Ave (Storey Lake). The unit was very clean and decorated nicely. It was perfect for our family’s long weekend. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and the location was very convenient to all things Disney. Our host, Rodrigo very attentive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

We were welcomed with a thoughtful basket of goodies, which was such a lovely touch and really set the tone for the trip. Every detail was clearly considered, making our stay easy, fun, and comfortable. We felt genuinely taken care of the entire time. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again—highly recommend!
We’ve had a great stay so far. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was quick and helpful the entire time. The location is convenient and the community feels nice and safe. Rodrigo has been very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed for a good experience. Would definitely stay here again!
