• THIS HOME IS SELF-CATERING We deliver a welcome starter kit to help you settle in. For any additional groceries or supplies, the nearest supermarket is just a short drive away. We provide fresh bed linens and bath towels for your comfort. Please bring your own washcloths, as they are not included.

• EMERALD ISLAND RESORT Resort Access Fee: $20 + tax per vehicle (one-time fee valid for your entire stay). All amenities included: - Gym - Sauna - Tiki Bar - Hot Tub - Mini Golf - Playgrounds - Nature Trail - Community Pool - Volleyball Court - Gated & Guarded Community - Tennis, Pickleball, and Basketball Courts

• EMERALD ISLAND PARKING - Designated spaces are often available across from the unit, with overflow parking in marked areas. - There is a limit of six vehicles per unit. - Do not park on the grass. - Commercial vehicles, RVs, trailers, buses, watercraft, or recreational vehicles are not permitted.

• POOL HEAT - OPTIONAL 1. Cost: $35 per day. 2. Notice: Must be requested 48 hours in advance. 3. Minimum Duration: 2 consecutive days. 4. Maximum Temperature: 95°F. 5. Cold Weather Limitations: The pool heating system uses heat-exchange technology, which relies on outdoor air temperatures to operate efficiently. During cold weather, heating may take longer, and the system may be unable to reach or maintain your preferred water temperature. In very cold or freezing conditions, the heater’s built-in safety mechanism may temporarily shut down the system to protect the equipment, further affecting heating performance. Please note refunds will not be issued if cold weather or other outdoor conditions prevent the pool from reaching or maintaining your preferred temperature. 6. Pool & Spa: The attached spa is part of the main pool system and cannot be heated independently. Both share the same water temperature.

• BBQ RENTAL - OPTIONAL - Cost: $75 for the entire stay

• TRASH DISPOSAL Please keep all waste bagged and dispose of it in the in-ground canister near the driveway.

• HOUSEKEEPING Daily housekeeping is not included in the rental rate. Before check-in, a professional cleaning company will thoroughly clean and inspect the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services are available for an additional fee.

• ONLINE SHOPPING & PACKAGE DELIVERY USPS does not recognize vacation homes as standard residential addresses for mail delivery; packages will be returned to the sender. To ensure successful delivery, please use alternative carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL.

Depending on the resort's policies: Clubhouse Delivery: Packages may be routed to the resort clubhouse (additional fees may apply). Delivery Restrictions: Some resorts may not accept packages on behalf of guests. Please note that we are not responsible for any unexpected issues with your online purchases.
