Overflow parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, as spaces are neither assigned nor reserved. - Street parking is not permitted overnight and may be subject to towing. Guests should park only in designated areas or driveways. - No parking on the grass or blocking the sidewalk. - Commercial vehicles, RVs, trailers, buses, golf carts, watercraft, or recreational vehicles are not permitted. - Vehicles in violation will be towed at the guest's expense.
• TRASH DISPOSAL Please dispose of trash daily in the chute to keep the home clean.
• HOUSEKEEPING Daily housekeeping is not included in the rental rate. Before check-in, a professional cleaning company will thoroughly clean and inspect the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services are available for an additional fee.
• ONLINE SHOPPING & PACKAGE DELIVERY USPS does not recognize vacation homes as standard residential addresses for mail delivery; packages will be returned to the sender. To ensure successful delivery, please use alternative carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL.

My son and I came to celebrate his graduation and birthday. I was having a hard time finding a 2 bedroom and found this on AirBNB. It was a great choice! It is a very spacious a beautiful condo that is very well kept and very clean. Check in was easy and we have not had any issues. I highly recommend and would say here again.
We had a great stay in unit 205 at 4700 Windermere Ave (Storey Lake). The unit was very clean and decorated nicely. It was perfect for our family’s long weekend. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and the location was very convenient to all things Disney. Our host, Rodrigo very attentive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

We were welcomed with a thoughtful basket of goodies, which was such a lovely touch and really set the tone for the trip. Every detail was clearly considered, making our stay easy, fun, and comfortable. We felt genuinely taken care of the entire time. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again—highly recommend!
We’ve had a great stay so far. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was quick and helpful the entire time. The location is convenient and the community feels nice and safe. Rodrigo has been very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed for a good experience. Would definitely stay here again!
