RESORT REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED AFTER BOOKING CONFIRMATION.

POOL HEAT - OPTIONAL 1. Cost: $35 per day. 2. Notice: Must be requested 48 hours in advance. 3. Minimum Duration: 2 consecutive days. 4. Maximum Temperature: 95°F. 5. Cold Weather Limitations: The pool heater operates via heat exchange and will not work effectively in cold weather. Its efficiency depends on the outdoor temperature. If you opt to heat the pool during cold weather and it does not reach your preferred temperature, refunds will not be provided. 6. Pool & Spa: The attached spa is part of the main pool system and cannot be heated independently. Both share the same water temperature.

The pool heater pump has a built-in safety mechanism to prevent overheating when working overtime in freezing conditions. It will temporarily shut off to recover efficiency. Please note that refunds will not be issued if weather conditions affect the pool temperature. This service is optional and subject to availability.

• BBQ RENTAL - OPTIONAL - Cost: $75 for the entire stay

• WINDSOR CAY PARKING - Free on-site parking. Two vehicles in the driveway + two in the garage. - No parking on grass or blocking the sidewalks - No parking on the street. (Since it is a new community, they will not enforce this rule until the signs are placed.) - Parking pass must be printed out and displayed on the dashboard. - Do not park in front of other homes. - Commercial vehicles, RVs, trailers, buses, golf carts, or boats are not allowed. - Registered guests cannot share their parking passes with unregistered visitors. - Vehicles in violation of the parking policy will be towed at the guest's expense.

• TRASH DISPOSAL Please dispose of the trash in the plastic bin daily to keep the home clean.

• HOUSEKEEPING Daily housekeeping is not included in the rental rate. Before check-in, a professional cleaning company will thoroughly clean and inspect the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services are available for an additional fee.

• ONLINE SHOPPING & PACKAGE DELIVERY USPS does not recognize vacation homes as standard residential addresses for mail delivery; packages will be returned to the sender. To ensure successful delivery, please use alternative carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL.

Depending on the resort's policies: Clubhouse Delivery: Packages may be routed to the resort clubhouse (additional fees may apply). Delivery Restrictions: Some resorts may not accept packages on behalf of guests. Please note that we are not responsible for any unexpected issues with your online purchases.
