The resort has a maximum stay policy of 30 days.

• WINDSOR ISLAND PARKING - Free on-site parking. Limit of 5 vehicles per home. - Driveway available. The garage has been converted into a game room. - One-side street parking: vehicles are allowed to park on designated sides of the street, as indicated by street signs. - No parking on grass or blocking the sidewalks. - Commercial vehicles, RVs, trailers, buses, golf carts, or boats are not allowed. - Vehicles in violation of parking policy will be towed at the guest's expense.

• POOL HEAT - OPTIONAL 1. Cost: $35 per day. 2. Notice: Must be requested 48 hours in advance. 3. Minimum Duration: 2 consecutive days. 4. Maximum Temperature: 95°F. 5. Cold Weather Limitations: The pool heating system uses heat-exchange technology, which relies on outdoor air temperatures to operate efficiently. During cold weather, heating may take longer, and the system may be unable to reach or maintain your preferred water temperature. In very cold or freezing conditions, the heater’s built-in safety mechanism may temporarily shut down the system to protect the equipment, further affecting heating performance. Please note refunds will not be issued if cold weather or other outdoor conditions prevent the pool from reaching or maintaining your preferred temperature. This service is optional and subject to availability. 6. Pool & Spa: The attached spa is part of the main pool system and cannot be heated independently. Both share the same water temperature.

• BBQ RENTAL - OPTIONAL - Cost: $75 for the entire stay

• TRASH DISPOSAL Please place trash in the bin daily to keep the home clean.

• HOUSEKEEPING Daily housekeeping is not included in the rental rate. Before check-in, a professional cleaning company will thoroughly clean and inspect the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services are available for an additional fee.

• ONLINE SHOPPING & PACKAGE DELIVERY USPS does not recognize vacation homes as standard residential addresses for mail delivery; packages will be returned to the sender. To ensure successful delivery, please use alternative carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL.

Depending on the resort's policies: Clubhouse Delivery: Packages may be routed to the resort clubhouse (additional fees may apply). Delivery Restrictions: Some resorts may not accept packages on behalf of guests. Please note that we are not responsible for any unexpected issues with your online purchases.

• CHECKING IN AND OUT - Check-in after 4:00 PM - Check-out before 10:00 AM
