• THIS HOME IS SELF-CATERING We deliver a welcome starter kit to help you settle in. For any additional groceries or supplies, the nearest supermarket is just a short drive away. We provide fresh bed linens and bath towels for your comfort. Please bring your own washcloths, as they are not included.
• PARKING - Free on-site parking. Driveway available.
• POOL HEAT - OPTIONAL 1-Cost: $75 per day. 2-Request 48 hours in advance. 3-Minimum: 2 consecutive days. 4-Temperature will not exceed 95F. The pool heater pump has a built-in safety mechanism to prevent overheating when working overtime in freezing conditions. It will temporarily shut off to recover efficiency. Please note that refunds will not be issued due to weather conditions impacting the pool temperature. This service is optional and subject to availability.
• BBQ RENTAL - OPTIONAL - Cost: $75 for the entire stay
• PET FRIENDLY - Cost: $200 for the entire stay
• TRASH DISPOSAL Please place trash in the plastic bin daily to keep the home clean.
• HOUSEKEEPING Daily housekeeping is not included in the rental rate. Before check-in, a professional cleaning company will thoroughly clean and inspect the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services are available for an additional fee.
• ONLINE SHOPPING & PACKAGE DELIVERY USPS does not recognize vacation homes as standard residential addresses for mail delivery; packages will be returned to the sender. To ensure successful delivery, please use alternative carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL. Please note that we are not responsible for any unexpected issues with your online purchases.

My son and I came to celebrate his graduation and birthday. I was having a hard time finding a 2 bedroom and found this on AirBNB. It was a great choice! It is a very spacious a beautiful condo that is very well kept and very clean. Check in was easy and we have not had any issues. I highly recommend and would say here again.
We had a great stay in unit 205 at 4700 Windermere Ave (Storey Lake). The unit was very clean and decorated nicely. It was perfect for our family’s long weekend. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and the location was very convenient to all things Disney. Our host, Rodrigo very attentive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

We’ve had a great stay so far. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was quick and helpful the entire time. The location is convenient and the community feels nice and safe. Rodrigo has been very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed for a good experience. Would definitely stay here again!
