• THIS HOME IS SELF-CATERING We do provide a small welcome kit to get you started. You can stop by the nearest supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for your stay. Fresh linens await you! We kindly ask you to bring washcloths.

• STOREY LAKE PARKING - Free on-site parking. - Street parking is not permitted overnight and may be subject to towing. Guests should park only in designated areas or driveways. - Maximum of 10 vehicles per unit. There are overflow parking spaces, but not guaranteed, as they are not assigned or reserved. - No parking on the grass or blocking the sidewalk. - Commercial vehicles, RVs, trailers, buses, golf carts, watercraft, or recreational vehicles are not permitted. - Vehicles in violation of parking policy will be towed at the guest's expense.

• POOL HEAT - OPTIONAL 1-Cost: $35 per day. 2-Request 48 hours in advance. 3-Minimum: 2 consecutive days. 4-Temperature will not exceed 95F. 5-Attached spa is NOT a hot tub. It can only be heated if the entire pool is heated. Both have the same temperature. 6-Heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.

The pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather. It automatically shuts off briefly until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently. Keep in mind this service is optional and may not be available at times.

• ONLINE SHOPPING & PACKAGE DELIVERY Please note that USPS does not recognize vacation homes as standard residential addresses for mail delivery; packages will be returned to the sender. To ensure successful delivery, please use alternative carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL.

Depending on the resort's policies: Clubhouse Delivery: Packages may be routed to the resort clubhouse (additional fees may apply). Delivery Restrictions: Some resorts may not accept packages on behalf of guests.
