• THIS HOME IS SELF-CATERING We do provide a small welcome kit to get you started. You can stop by the nearest supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for your stay. Fresh linens await you! We kindly ask you to bring washcloths.
• SONOMA RESORT AMENITIES Sonoma Resort is an exclusive gated community featuring a modern clubhouse, complete with a sophisticated lounge and fitness center. The space flows seamlessly out to a premium aquatic complex—ideal for soaking up the Florida sunshine. Here, a stylish swimming pool, private poolside cabanas, and a rejuvenating jacuzzi spa are framed by an expansive deck overlooking the lake.
• POOL HEAT - OPTIONAL 1. Cost: $75 per day. 2. Notice: Must be requested 48 hours in advance. 3. Minimum Duration: 2 consecutive days. 4. Maximum Temperature: 95°F.
The pool heater pump has a built-in safety mechanism to prevent overheating when working overtime in freezing conditions. It will temporarily shut off to recover efficiency. Please note that refunds will not be issued due to weather conditions impacting the pool temperature. This service is optional and subject to availability.
• BBQ RENTAL - OPTIONAL - Cost: $75 for the entire stay
• SONOMA RESORT PARKING - Free on-site parking. Driveway parking available. The garage has been converted into a game room. - No street parking. - No parking on grass or blocking the sidewalk. - Commercial vehicles, RVs, trailers, buses, golf carts, watercraft, or recreational vehicles are not permitted. - VEHICLES IN VIOLATION OF PARKING POLICY WILL BE TOWED AT THE GUEST'S EXPENSE.
• TRASH DISPOSAL Please dispose of the trash in the plastic bench daily to keep the home clean.
• HOUSEKEEPING Daily housekeeping is not included in the rental rate. Before check-in, a professional cleaning company will thoroughly clean and inspect the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services are available for an additional fee.
• ONLINE SHOPPING & PACKAGE DELIVERY Please note that USPS does not recognize vacation homes as standard residential addresses for mail delivery; packages will be returned to the sender. To ensure successful delivery, please use alternative carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL.
Depending on the resort's policies: Clubhouse Delivery: Packages may be routed to the resort clubhouse (additional fees may apply). Delivery Restrictions: Some resorts may not accept packages on behalf of guests. Please note that we are not responsible for any unexpected issues with your online purchases.

My son and I came to celebrate his graduation and birthday. I was having a hard time finding a 2 bedroom and found this on AirBNB. It was a great choice! It is a very spacious a beautiful condo that is very well kept and very clean. Check in was easy and we have not had any issues. I highly recommend and would say here again.
We had a great stay in unit 205 at 4700 Windermere Ave (Storey Lake). The unit was very clean and decorated nicely. It was perfect for our family’s long weekend. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and the location was very convenient to all things Disney. Our host, Rodrigo very attentive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

We were welcomed with a thoughtful basket of goodies, which was such a lovely touch and really set the tone for the trip. Every detail was clearly considered, making our stay easy, fun, and comfortable. We felt genuinely taken care of the entire time. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again—highly recommend!
We’ve had a great stay so far. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was quick and helpful the entire time. The location is convenient and the community feels nice and safe. Rodrigo has been very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed for a good experience. Would definitely stay here again!
