• THIS HOME IS SELF-CATERING To help you settle in, we deliver a welcome starter kit. For any additional groceries or supplies, the nearest supermarket is just a short drive away. We provide fresh bed linens and bath towels for your comfort. Please bring your own washcloths, as they are not included.

The resort has a 30-day stay limit policy.
• POOL HEAT - OPTIONAL 1. Cost: $35 per day. 2. Notice: Must be requested 48 hours in advance. 3. Minimum Duration: 2 consecutive days. 4. Maximum Temperature: 95°F. 5. Cold Weather Limitations: The pool heating system uses heat-exchange technology, which relies on outdoor air temperatures to operate efficiently. During cold weather, heating may take longer, and the system may be unable to reach or maintain your preferred water temperature. In very cold or freezing conditions, the heater’s built-in safety mechanism may temporarily shut down the system to protect the equipment, further affecting heating performance. Please note refunds will not be issued if cold weather or other outdoor conditions prevent the pool from reaching or maintaining your preferred temperature. 6. Pool & Spa: The attached spa is part of the main pool system and cannot be heated independently. Both share the same water temperature.

• WINDSOR ISLAND PARKING - Free on-site parking. Limit of 4 vehicles per home. - Driveway available. Please park all vehicles completely within the driveway and do not block sidewalks. - Do not block the end of the driveway or street access. - Please keep fire hydrants clear at all times. Parking on grass is not permitted. - No parking is allowed on blue curb areas. - One-side street parking: vehicles may park on the designated sides of the street, as indicated by street signs. - Commercial vehicles, RVs, trailers, buses, golf carts, or boats are not allowed. - Vehicles in violation will be towed at the guest's expense.
• TRASH DISPOSAL Please dispose of the trash in the plastic bin to keep the home clean.
• HOUSEKEEPING Daily housekeeping is not included in the rental rate. Before check-in, a professional cleaning company will thoroughly clean and inspect the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services are available for an additional fee.
• ONLINE SHOPPING & PACKAGE DELIVERY USPS does not recognize vacation homes as standard residential addresses for mail delivery; packages will be returned to the sender. To ensure successful delivery, please use alternative carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL.
Depending on the resort's policies: Clubhouse Delivery: Packages may be routed to the resort clubhouse (additional fees may apply). Delivery Restrictions: Some resorts may not accept packages on behalf of guests. Please note that we are not responsible for any unexpected issues with your online purchases.

My son and I came to celebrate his graduation and birthday. I was having a hard time finding a 2 bedroom and found this on AirBNB. It was a great choice! It is a very spacious a beautiful condo that is very well kept and very clean. Check in was easy and we have not had any issues. I highly recommend and would say here again.
We had a great stay in unit 205 at 4700 Windermere Ave (Storey Lake). The unit was very clean and decorated nicely. It was perfect for our family’s long weekend. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and the location was very convenient to all things Disney. Our host, Rodrigo very attentive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

We were welcomed with a thoughtful basket of goodies, which was such a lovely touch and really set the tone for the trip. Every detail was clearly considered, making our stay easy, fun, and comfortable. We felt genuinely taken care of the entire time. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again—highly recommend!
We’ve had a great stay so far. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was quick and helpful the entire time. The location is convenient and the community feels nice and safe. Rodrigo has been very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed for a good experience. Would definitely stay here again!
