Cost: $35 per day. 2. Notice: Must be requested 48 hours in advance. 3. Minimum Duration: 2 consecutive days. 4. Maximum Temperature: 95°F. 5. Cold Weather Limitations: The pool heater operates via heat exchange and will not work effectively in cold weather. If you choose to heat the pool during cold conditions and it fails to reach the desired temperature, refunds will not be issued. The pool heater pump has a built-in safety mechanism to prevent overheating when working overtime in freezing conditions. It will temporarily shut off to recover efficiency. Please note that refunds will not be issued if weather conditions affect the pool temperature. This service is optional and subject to availability. • BBQ RENTAL - OPTIONAL - Cost: $75 for the entire stay • TRASH DISPOSAL Please dispose of the trash daily in the plastic bench or dumpster to keep the home clean. • HOUSEKEEPING Daily housekeeping is not included in the rental rate. Before check-in, a professional cleaning company will thoroughly clean and inspect the unit.
