(Since it is a new community, they will not enforce this rule until the signs are placed.) - The parking pass must be printed out and displayed on the dashboard. - Do not park in front of other homes. - Commercial vehicles, RVs, trailers, buses, golf carts, or boats are not allowed. - Registered guests cannot share their parking passes with unregistered visitors. - Vehicles in violation will be towed at the guest's expense. • POOL HEAT - OPTIONAL 1. Cost: $35 per day. 2. Notice: Must be requested 48 hours in advance. 3. Minimum Duration: 2 consecutive days. 4. Maximum Temperature: 95°F. 5. Cold Weather Limitations: The pool heater operates via heat exchange and will not work effectively in cold weather. Its efficiency depends on the outdoor temperature. If you opt to heat the pool during cold weather and it does not reach your preferred temperature, refunds will not be provided. 6. Pool & Spa: The attached spa is part of the main pool system and cannot be heated independently. Both share the same water temperature. Pool heater pumps have a built-in safety mechanism to prevent the system from overheating when working overtime in freezing conditions. They will shut off temporarily to recover their efficiency. Please keep in mind that this service is optional and subject to availability. • BBQ RENTAL - OPTIONAL - Cost: $75 All Stay • TRASH DISPOSAL Please place trash in the plastic bin daily to keep the home clean. • HOUSEKEEPING Daily housekeeping is not included in the rental rate.
