• THIS HOME IS SELF-CATERING
We do provide a small welcome kit to get you started. You can stop by the nearest supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.
Fresh towels and linens await you! We kindly ask you to bring your own washcloths.

POOL HEAT - OPTIONAL
1. Cost: $35 per day.
2. Notice: Must be requested 48 hours in advance.
3. Minimum Duration: 2 consecutive days.
4. Maximum Temperature: 95°F.
5. Cold Weather Limitations: The pool heater operates via heat exchange and will not work effectively in cold weather. If you choose to heat the pool during cold conditions and it fails to reach the desired temperature, refunds will not be issued.
6. Pool & Spa: The attached spa is part of the main pool system and cannot be heated independently. Both share the same water temperature.

Pool heater pumps have a built-in safety mechanism to prevent the system from overheating when working overtime in freezing conditions. They will shut off temporarily to recover their efficiency.
Please keep in mind that this service is optional and subject to availability.

The resort has a maximum stay policy of 30 days.

• WINDSOR ISLAND RESORT PARKING
- Free on-site parking. Limit of four vehicles per home.
- The driveway fits three regular-sized vehicles. Please park all vehicles completely inside the driveway without blocking the sidewalks.
- The garage has been converted into a game room.
- No blocking the end of the driveway or the street access.
- Please ensure that fire hydrants are kept clear at all times. Parking on grass and on Kaipo Road is not permitted.
- Please be advised that no parking is allowed on blue curb areas.
- One-side street parking: vehicles are allowed to park on designated sides of the street, as indicated by street signs.
- Commercial vehicles, RVs, trailers, buses, golf carts, or boats are not allowed.
- Vehicles in violation will be towed at the guest's expense.

• TRASH DISPOSAL
Convenient valet trash service, available 7 days a week. Just place your garbage inside a tied 14-gallon bag and put it in the bin by 9:00 AM. If you have extra garbage, place the additional tied 14-gallon bag right next to the container. Please ensure everything is bagged, as loose trash cannot be picked up.

• HOUSEKEEPING
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee.

• ONLINE SHOPPING & PACKAGE DELIVERY
Please note that USPS does not recognize vacation homes as standard residential addresses for mail delivery; packages will be returned to the sender.
To ensure successful delivery, please use alternative carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL.

Depending on the resort's policies:
Clubhouse Delivery: Packages may be routed to the resort clubhouse (additional fees may apply).
Delivery Restrictions: Some resorts may not accept packages on behalf of guests.

Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for any unexpected issues with your online purchases.
